AUTOCLAVE
It is used to heat over than normal boiling point, so we can heat until 140 degree Celcius.
In this temperature all germ like bacteria, viruses, fungi, and spores will die so it is widely used to sterilize many objects.
Usually used to sterilize mushroom media, tissue culture media, laboratory equipments, amd also can be used to cook rice in bulk and fast.
The autoclave main part are made of stainless steel.
Dimension: diameter 60cm, hight 100cm.
Working time needed to make : < 2 month.
We can make a retort system autoclave for canned food sterilization, vertical or horizontal system.
Retort system is a controlled cooling in autoclave to avoid canned food explode or leak.
