To fry fruit below normal oil boiling point to avoid scorched and loss of nutrient, vitamins, colour and aroma.
The frying chamber is made airtight to accomodate vacuum pump to suck air in the chamber to lower air pressure so lowering the boiling point and significantly accelerate water evaporation .
Bonus: Centrifugal oil repeller, to make the product dry from oil.
Capacity: 2kg, 3kg, 5kg, and 7 kg per run.
